High Call Volumes

Skills which have high call volume forecast get attention from the agents. They check the call volumes vs enrolment count to decide which skill to invest their time in.

Weekly Retainer

For the skills with low call volumes or new skills, we recommend weekly retainer fee. As long as agents stay logged in and take calls in your pre-defined working hours, they will qualify for the retainer payment on that week. Agents usually opt in for 4-5 busy skills and 7-9 low activity skills with a retainer for their portfolio.
